Return Policy

www.tacticaldefenders.online website is owned by Tactical Defenders LLC. We have adopted this Return Policy to ensure that our customers are aware of the procedures that we take regarding items that a customer has purchased from us and wants to return.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. In order to ensure quick turn-around for your return, we ask that you obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from us prior to returning the item(s). We are happy to accept returns on items that are new and unused with the original manufacturer’s packaging, or items that are defective, within 30 days of purchase. In cases where an item is defective or the wrong item is received, we are happy to pay for the return shipping. In cases where the customer decides they no longer want an item, the customer covers the return shipping cost.

Because we sell third party items, the manufacture has placed warranty cards are present in certain items in which can be filled out by the customer. In return you can contact the manufacture regarding repairs, and other issues.
